Capital Structure & Financing: Analyze how financing choices (debt vs. equity) affect firm value, cost of capital, and financial risk. 3. Cost of Capital: Estimate a firm’s weighted average cost of capital (WACC) and understand its implications for project valuation. 4. Dividend & Payout Policy: Assess different payout strategies and their impact on shareholder value. 5.
