Plan du cours

This workshop by remote provides students the opportunity to learn/reinforce and integrate their managerial knowledge and skills in a simulated business environment. In essence, participants will be divided into groups to run their respective “companies” and compete for resources as well as customers in the same market. The groups are required to be hands-on and work on challenges similar to real-life scenarios, making business decisions as well as translating them into quantitative terms in order to deliver business results.

Groups are managed by a facebook group (ITMN-Network) to announce results, give new challenges and provide advice.

Decisions are entered in a spreadsheet and the results are provided under the same format, using a USB flash drive or a file shared on DropBox.

A number of methodological files related to various subjects (finance, management control, web marketing, etc…) is provided at the end of the course.
